Terms of Use — MeviusX
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MeviusX website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by MOBIUS RISK GROUP LLC (“MeviusX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Platform Role and Nature of Services
MeviusX provides a platform that allows users to browse and participate in curated real-world asset (RWA) income plans offered by third-party partners (“Plans”). MeviusX is a platform provider and does not guarantee any returns. Plan participation involves risk.
MeviusX does not request or store users’ wallet private keys or seed phrases.
2) Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly update your details. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3) KYC / Identity Verification and Compliance
We require identity verification (KYC) and may conduct sanctions screening, fraud checks, and anti-money laundering (AML) controls. You agree to provide the information and documents requested and to cooperate with compliance reviews.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we cannot complete verification, detect suspicious activity, or are required to do so by law.
4) Crypto Deposits, Multi-Chain Transfers, and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
You may deposit supported crypto assets across multiple networks. You are responsible for:
choosing the correct asset and network,
using the correct deposit address,
ensuring transaction completion (TXID as proof).
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. If you send to an incorrect address/network, recovery may not be possible.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be subject to:
security and compliance checks,
network conditions and confirmation times,
internal risk controls (e.g., suspicious activity review).
MeviusX may delay or refuse withdrawals where required by law, compliance policies, or for security reasons.
5) Fees
MeviusX charges service fees and/or transaction-related fees (“Fees”). Fees may include:
plan participation/service fees,
withdrawal processing fees (if applicable),
network fees (paid to the blockchain network, not to MeviusX).
Applicable Fees will be displayed or made available to you before you confirm an action. Fees may change from time to time.
6) Plans, Disclosures, and Risk
Plan terms, periods, and disclosures are provided on plan pages. Any displayed return ranges are expected or projected and are not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing plan details and risks before participating.
MeviusX is not responsible for losses arising from market conditions, partner performance, or operational risks of plan issuers/operators.
7) Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services to:
violate laws or regulations,
engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or illegal activity,
attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or abuse the platform,
use multiple accounts to bypass controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
8) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
You may request account closure by contacting support.
9) Fees & Refunds / Error Resolution Policy (Included)
Because blockchain transactions can be irreversible, refunds are limited and assessed case-by-case.
9.1 Eligible Situations (may be resolved by credit, correction, or refund)
Duplicate charges caused by MeviusX system error (Fees only).
Failed transactions where the platform confirms an error and funds were not properly credited.
Incorrect Fee collection due to platform error.
9.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after confirming an action.
Outcomes, performance, or returns of any Plan.
Incorrect network/address selected by the user, or user-caused transfer errors.
Blockchain network fees, gas fees, or third-party fees (these are typically non-refundable).
9.3 Request Process
To request an investigation, contact support@meviusx.com within 【7 / 14】 days of the issue and provide:
account identifier,
transaction hash (TXID) and network,
screenshots or relevant details.
We will review and respond within 【7 / 14】 business days where reasonably possible.
10) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeviusX disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Services with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.
